LeShan joined the REMSA team in 2008.  She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Biology from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.  In addition to her background in science, LeShan has gained experience in recruiting, personnel management, client services, and project management through her various professional experiences.   She has used this experience to recruit scientific, technical, and administrative support professionals. She serves as the primary point of contact for REMSA’s Professional, Scientific, and Technical Staffing Division interfacing with clients and REMSA employees to ensure the finest talent available is provided in support of clients’ missions.  She utilizes her personnel management experience to ensure REMSA adheres to federal, state, and company guidelines, communicates with employees regularly on a number of issues including hiring procedures, requirements and certifications updates, general benefits information, and job performance.
