Allison began working with REMSA in 2004 as a NMFS certified Marine Endangered Species Observer (MESO) sub-contractor. She obtained a B.S. in Marine Science and Geography from Jacksonville University, Fl.

Allison has recently been welcomed to REMSA Inc. as the Coastal and Marine Services Program Manager.  She has over 10 years experience working with endangered and threatened species.  She has worked on dredging and seismic projects, flown numerous aerial surveys, worked on sea turtle relocation trawlers and conducted migratory bird/nest and sea turtle nesting surveys.   Ms. Griffin has 1000+ hours Captaining <25’ vessels, Aircraft Egress training, Boat Safety Certification and is a Level III Primary First Responder for the NMFS large whale disentanglement network. 

Ms. Griffin enjoys kayaking, gardening, taking nature photography, and spending time with her family and pets in her spare time.
